Barfoot & Thompson are currently looking for an experienced Front Line Administrator to join our St Heliers office.
We are busy, fast paced office where no two days are the same - tasks can vary from general reception duties, to liaising with solicitors, accounts reconciliation to designing promotional flyers.
As the first point of contact for our clients you will possess an excellent telephone manner and be well presented, with outstanding English communication skills.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years office experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in addition to excellent numeric and data entry skills.

Ability to learn and think quickly on your feet.
The ability to manage and appropriately prioritise a large number of competing demands
A sound knowledge of Barfoot Administrations systems including Mydesktop is preferred
We need someone capable of working quickly and efficiently to a high standard, often under pressure and always with a great attitude.
This is a Full Time role preferably working 8.30am - 5.00pm although negotiable for the right person.
