NAI Harcourts is a successful commercial property business currently seeking a commercial property manager to join our team. Although based on the North Shore, we manage commercial properties Auckland wide.
The role is ideal for an assistant property manager or property manager who wants the opportunity to take on more responsibility and demonstrate initiative and commercial property management knowledge. You may be working for a corporate property management company and want the chance to work in an exciting environment where your input really counts and there is opportunity for an exciting career path.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
Commercial property management experience
Competence with property management software and reporting
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and excellent people skills
A high degree of self-management and task completion ability
Full New Zealand Residency and Driver's Licence
Duties will include (but not limited-to):
Responsibility for an existing commercial property management portfolio
Providing excellent service to property owners and tenants
Ensuring standards of quality and compliance across your portfolio
Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
