  • We are looking for an Administrator for a part time position taking care of all the back office support needs of our Property Management Team.

    The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with outstanding typing skills, can juggle many balls at once while being super organised, have an eye for detail and have the ability to see things that need doing and just do them! In addition, you will have a 'can do' attitude and be prepared to tackle anything thrown your way, be able to work without supervision and possess a strong work ethic and moral compass.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Administrative tasks in support of the Property Managers
    • Maintenance of databases
    • Preparation and placement of marketing material
    • Assist and cover front line reception
    To apply you must be:
    • Experienced in administration and front line Customer Service
    • Experienced in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook as well as being tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
    • The ability to touch type
    • Knowledge and know-how of social media platforms
    Not essential but would benefit it you have:
    • 1+ year experience in marketing
    • Community service or volunteer work
