    We're currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team at our busy Grey Lynn, Body Corporate office.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Providing administrative support to Body Corporate account managers
    • Formatting documents, updating database information, scheduling meetings
    • Attendance of client meetings and taking notes for the account manager
    • Managing task lists and attending to minor administrative matters for clients
    • Additional project work as required
    We need someone with previous administration experience, a proactive approach to their work and the ability to learn and think quickly on their feet!

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Great organisation and task management ability
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • A sense of humour also helps a lot!
    This is a part time role working 25-30 hours per week with evening meetings from time to time. We can structure the start and finish times to help with travel and are flexible on start times if you have attended an evening meeting.
